PrefabExpoTM Directory began in 1999 with a vision to provide buyers and sellers across the nation with a one-stop-information center for prefabricated building structures.
In August 2001 we opened our online center, PrefabExpo.com, enabling buyers to see, for the first time, every prefabricated building available for their planned building location. The word about PrefabExpo spread and visits to PrefabExpo over the past 2 years has grown from a few dozen users in the first month to 15,000 unique sessions in recent months.
Since 2002 we have expanded our efforts to equip buyers with specialized tools enabling them not only to find the most suitable prefabricated home or building, but also to come to a purchasing decision they know they can be comfortable with.
In June 2002 we finished the development of the 'buyers control center' which gives buyers the power to access the vast knowledge of industry professionals, and to contact any vendor anywhere in the USA, right from their desktops - regardless of whether the vendor is connected to the Internet or not. Equipped with these tools, there is absolutely nothing that could prevent our users from expediently and conveniently obtaining all the information needed to allow them to fine tune their purchasing decision with an ultimate level of confidence and a sizeable savings of cost.
PrefabExpo came into existence to bring to you the most comprehensive, easy-to-sort-through index of prefabricated buildings and vendors of this industry. According to independent statistics of MediaHouse Software Inc., PrefabExpo users averaged 99.74 minutes per session. This magnitude of attention, unheard of amongst other online businesses, tell us that our effort created a value worth much of your time.
