and for modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

OUR RELATIONSHIP: PrefabExpo has maintain the PrefabExpo.com website for informational
activities. We do not perform any of these activities as for ourselves or on behalf of any Member, User,
Buyer or Seller and are not involved in the actual transaction between Buyers and Sellers. No agency,
partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created
by this Service Agreement between you and PrefabExpo.
NOTICES: Except as explicitly stated otherwise or required by law, you must provide any notices
permitted or required by this Service Agreement to us by e-mailing us at
and other email addresses provided to you by PrefabExpo. We shall provide any notices to you by email to the
email address you provide during your registration for Membership. Email notices will be deemed given within
12 hours of delivery by us.
GENERAL INFORMATION: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and
PrefabExpo and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and
PrefabExpo. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate
services, third-party content or third-party software. The failure of PrefabExpo to exercise or enforce any right
